:I'm Andrea Lee Matthies, an artist,
photographer, and clairvoyant medium.
3
:And in this podcast, we explore what it
really means to thrive as a soul having
4
:a human experience, how to connect with
our energy, transcend those edges and
5
:boundaries that we create for ourselves.
6
:And open to the full
spectrum of who we are.
7
:If you're ready to see yourself
differently, to sense more deeply,
8
:and to expand into more of who you
are, you are in the right place.
9
:Let's dive in.
10
:Hello, and welcome back
to the House of Andrea.
11
:I am your host, Andrea Lee
Matthews, and today I wanna dive
12
:in to this concept of remembrance.
13
:Particularly when it comes
to our soul and our energy.
14
:We hear this a lot, this concept of
remembering who we are, And quite
15
:often it's being used in the context
of remembering how confident we are,
16
:remembering how brave we are, how strong
we are, and whilst this is so important,
17
:and honestly tapping into that remembrance
at a real human level has profoundly.
18
:Shaped the way that I've been able to
navigate a lot of conflict, a lot of
19
:trauma, a lot of change in my life.
20
:I believe particularly in the context
of everything that we talk about here
21
:in the podcast, with the energy, with
source, with the unseen, with the
22
:field, there is a level of remembrance
that we can tap into that is more.
23
:Than just the human
skill or the human power.
24
:There is so much that exists within us,
around us that we can tap into, tap into
25
:a deeper remembrance, a soul remembrance.
26
:A remembrance that we are energy,
that we come from energy, and
27
:we have always come from energy.
28
:Right now.
29
:You are this incredible.
30
:Expression of energy, of frequency
in the form of a human being
31
:that is living in the world right
now, in the year that we're in.
32
:But your energy, your core, your
essence, your soul, has been
33
:around for such a long time.
34
:This is not the first time That it has
been on a human journey, on a planet,
35
:on an having an experience like this.
36
:Your energy has experienced being in a
form many, Many times, and for some of us,
37
:this is a foreign concept, particularly
with some of the religious beliefs
38
:that have formed over the centuries of
human existence, some of the scientific
39
:beliefs, some of the ways in which we've
kept ourselves safe as a human race,
40
:and created language and constructs
around what it means to be human and
41
:what it means to be born to live.
42
:To die.
43
:But in my beliefs and in a lot
of spiritual practices, the
44
:soul, the energy, the essence, it
continues to take many forms over
45
:many, many periods of existence.
46
:It takes a unique form each time
it is created and born into a human
47
:body for a particular lifetime.
48
:But the energy that it has experienced in
the past, in previous forms, that energy.
49
:Never goes away.
50
:It's never destroyed.
51
:It is something that accumulates
in the energy, in the essence,
52
:and when we talk about remembrance
53
:In the realm of spirituality,
this is what we're talking about.
54
:We are talking about tapping into
and remembering those fragments
55
:of energy that have existed and
experienced so many different
56
:lifetimes, past times, energy forms in.
57
:All different ways, both in human physical
form and in energetic form as well, where
58
:the energy goes when it's not in a human
body, in a human experience, that energy
59
:is still here with you and always is.
60
:So in the context of this work and
these conversations, I'm talking about
61
:coming home to yourself and remembering.
62
:All of that wisdom, those experiences,
those energetic abilities, and this is
63
:where being brave enough and being ready
to really open ourselves, not only to the
64
:concept, but to the knowing, the reaching
back, the understanding, the tapping
65
:into, and the connecting with can change.
66
:Everything, because all of a sudden we
are not contained to just what we know in
67
:this lifetime based on the experiences,
the exposures, the environments, and the
68
:situations that we've been since we've
been born in this lifetime, we have.
69
:All of this incredible energy and
frequency that is available to us to
70
:tap into, to remember, to leverage, to
feel, and allow it to soak back into the
71
:physical form that we're in right now.
72
:And this can look like many things.
73
:When I first started thinking about
this many years ago, there are a
74
:couple of emotions that can come up.
75
:One is the series of emotions
that are in the fear based realm.
76
:It's like, what does this mean?
77
:What do you mean?
78
:I've been around before?
79
:I have energy.
80
:Is this a calmer thing?
81
:Is it a bad karma thing?
82
:Is there stuff sticking around that
I actually don't want to look at?
83
:What is it that I really see?
84
:Like I don't know if I wanna
go down this rabbit hole.
85
:I don't know if I wanna open up this
whole concept of looking or acknowledging
86
:things in the past because I'm not sure
I'll like what I find, particularly if
87
:there are energies there or experiences
that we've had in this lifetime that
88
:haven't been favorable, that have led
to trauma, that have led to emotion or
89
:feelings that are quite difficult to
navigate, it's very easy for us to think,
90
:well, you know, if I'm struggling to.
91
:Experience and work through the things
that I've been in this lifetime.
92
:How on earth am I gonna manage?
93
:Looking back into the past, past
lifetimes, past experiences, what's there?
94
:There's a lot of fear that can
come up around that, which.
95
:Sometimes we are not even conscious of
the fear can be buried so deep within
96
:us that we are not actually conscious of
it and we just completely shut it down.
97
:And refuse to look at it.
98
:So this is one of the first things
that we need to find the bravery
99
:to navigate because if we can move
through the fear of what is there,
100
:what if, what happens if I look and I.
101
:Don't like what I find, if we can
move through that, we can get to the
102
:magic that exists on the other side.
103
:And I think just like navigating life
as a human, you know, when we are brave
104
:enough to ask hard questions or face the
things that we are so incredibly terrified
105
:or afraid of, we find strength, we find.
106
:Parts of ourselves that
we didn't know existed.
107
:We find power and courage and above all.
108
:This has been my experience is that
when we're brave enough to actually
109
:look into the shadows or look into
the things that we fear and find
110
:that bravery, find that coverage, we
actually find self-love, which as I
111
:get older, as I navigate this journey
of mine deeper and further and higher.
112
:I'm realizing that self-love is the
most powerful thing that you can find.
113
:It is like the holy grail of all of
this work, and this applies to looking
114
:back into our energetic past as well.
115
:Because if we can move through the
fear and look beyond that, we can find
116
:even more powerful levels of self-love
for ourself that we can bring back
117
:into our body, back into the current
timeline and really source ourselves
118
:with, which just changes everything
because when we are full of this
119
:incredible sensation of self-love.
120
:It becomes so much easier to
just navigate things in this
121
:timeline in our day-to-day lives.
122
:All of a sudden, the things that we
used to fear, we used to feel like we're
123
:absolutely Out of our realm of possibility
when we're fueled and filled with that
124
:sensation of self-love, everything
becomes possible and we start to.
125
:Almost, I wanna use the term care
less, but it's not about caring
126
:less about possibility and magic and
being excited about what's coming.
127
:It's like the things that
we feared around judgment.
128
:Or being excluded or not belonging.
129
:Those things have less of a hold over
us, have less power over us because
130
:there is so much self love here that
the things that we used to obsess
131
:over hide from or protect ourselves
from, they just don't exist anymore.
132
:And so this is where it is so powerful.
133
:If you can harness your
bravery to really remember.
134
:Everything that you are on a spiritual
level, on a soul level, on an energetic
135
:level, but also on a human level
that can be poured into everything.
136
:It can be poured into your relationships,
remembering the types of relationships
137
:that you've had in the past, the things
that you've navigated, the boundaries
138
:that you held, where you had your
voice, and were able to speak up.
139
:It becomes this antidote, this medicine
to some of the challenges that we face
140
:in our relationships now where we do
feel powerless, where we do feel like our
141
:voice is shut down or we have no control.
142
:Reaching back and remembering who
we have been in the past, the good,
143
:the bad, the hard, the difficult,
the traumatic, the triumphant.
144
:All of a sudden we are more, than just
the experiences that we've had We are
145
:more than just the relationships that
we've navigated in this lifetime.
146
:It's like, oh wow.
147
:I remember.
148
:What it feels like to be in a relationship
where I felt deeply loved to be
149
:cherished, to be seen, but also to be
strong enough to set the boundaries
150
:and the line in the sand that says,
no, I'm not gonna tolerate this.
151
:I deserve this.
152
:I remember what it feels like to be
honored, to be respected, to be loved.
153
:Going back into that repertoire
of who we are in the past.
154
:Remembering that energy and then pulling
those threads, pulling those memories,
155
:pulling that energetic body, soul,
physical, energetic memory back from
156
:the past or from even our ancestral
lines, from the power of our ancestors,
157
:those women and men that we are.
158
:Ascendant from the past that
had those memories as well.
159
:We can draw all of that and pull that into
our physical form right now and be able.
160
:To navigate what we are going
through in our relationships with
161
:so much more certainty, so much
more bravery, trust and love.
162
:So much more love.
163
:And it goes the other way too.
164
:We can remember how deeply.
165
:We are able to love and care for
others and the compassion that we've
166
:had, the ways that we've held others
in the past, the way that we've
167
:been brave and supported others
in the past, and bring that energy
168
:in as well into our relationships.
169
:And similarly with our work,
with our passions, with our
170
:careers, we can draw on.
171
:All of the experiences that
we've had in the past and the
172
:skills, the memories, the knowhow.
173
:There's something that's.
174
:Always been fascinating to me in
my own journey, particularly around
175
:movement and being in my body.
176
:And I've had, I've talked about it
a little bit on this podcast as well
177
:as more so in my second podcast, Body
Diaries, which is the place where
178
:we share our real raw journeys with
our bodies, particularly as women.
179
:I have shared so many episodes in Body
Diaries, how difficult my relationship
180
:and my journey has been with my body and.
181
:I find it fascinating that with the body
that I'm in right now, in this lifetime,
182
:I've always had issues with stiffness, a
lot of, you know, I have, um, quite short
183
:nerve pathways, which makes it really
hard to stretch past certain limits.
184
:But I also have hyper mobility
at the same time, which is this
185
:really interesting dynamic between.
186
:Can't stretch too far because
it sets the nerves off.
187
:But at the same time, having hyper
flexibility in other areas, which makes it
188
:really easy to stretch past those limits.
189
:And so things like dancing,
gymnastics, um, extreme flexibility
190
:type activities have always.
191
:been challenging for me in this lifetime
even, although I work really hard on
192
:it, even although I train really hard.
193
:But there is also these
fragments of memories of being
194
:super flexible, of being.
195
:A powerful ballet dancer.
196
:There's memories that feel so viscerally
real of being a gymnast, of being
197
:someone who was strong and a warriors.
198
:And I know in this lifetime with the
age when I was born and the age that
199
:I've lived to all of those years
so far, I don't have the physical
200
:training or history of being.
201
:A very flexible and very powerful
ballet dancer or gymnast or warrior,
202
:like they are not physical attributes
that I have had a direct human
203
:experience in in this lifetime.
204
:But my body knows those experiences.
205
:There are times where I'm in dance
classes or certain fitness classes,
206
:or even just general experience
in the lifetime, and I can feel.
207
:The memory of past lives where I have
been those things, there is a energetic
208
:knowing that sits at a deep, cellular,
energetic level that has come through from
209
:those lifetimes that my body remembers.
210
:And it's fascinating when that sits
there because when we talk about the
211
:context of remembering and Choosing
to remember and choosing to tap in.
212
:We can actually tune into
that energy that exists there.
213
:We can choose to close our
eyes, calm our minds, and choose
214
:to be shown, ask to be shown.
215
:Say, okay, show me.
216
:Show me what it feels like.
217
:Show me what it felt like, what that
past life was, what that body memory is.
218
:Help me feel it.
219
:Help me see it.
220
:Help me bring that into my body right now.
221
:Help me remember that and tap into that.
222
:To improve my ability right now, to
improve the movement, the flexibility and
223
:the strength, and there will be things
like this in your lifetime as well.
224
:You'll have a natural
affinity to something.
225
:Even though you've never been
trained, you'll have a natural
226
:knowing and inclination.
227
:You're like, why?
228
:Why do I feel like I've done this before?
229
:I know in this lifetime,
I've never done this.
230
:I've never had this conversation,
this training, this is a
231
:foreign skillset to me.
232
:Yet there's this deep part of me
that just knows how to do this even.
233
:Although right now I'm not
physically built or conditioned
234
:or trained in it, but I know if I
consciously continue to tap into it.
235
:This could build.
236
:And sometimes we feel that and the mind
wants to just write it off, like, oh,
237
:you're being silly, you're being crazy.
238
:You must have seen it on the tv.
239
:You must have read it in a book.
240
:Or you've overheard it,
or you're just dreaming.
241
:Um, and your energy is being hyper-focused
and ambitious and focusing on the dream.
242
:So therefore, I've
entangled it in my mind.
243
:The mind wants to create this kind of
story for us to be reasonable, to be
244
:safe, to be protected from others, hearing
us or seeing us tap into these things
245
:and be labeled as crazy or kooky, or.
246
:You know, just making them feel
uncomfortable because we're talking
247
:about concepts that are beyond their
comfort zone, and so we shut it down.
248
:We use the logical mind to keep us safe,
and we kind of close the door on it.
249
:But here's the thing, when I
allow myself to really tap into
250
:those memories of being a dancer.
251
:My body moves differently.
252
:There's a different level of
confidence that comes in, and I
253
:consciously and deliberately choose
that remembrance and like remember.
254
:The warrior energy.
255
:Remember the dancer energy.
256
:You've been strong before.
257
:You know what this feels like.
258
:You know how to push through this,
you know how to tap into this,
259
:and it is amazing when you have
mindset like that, how different.
260
:Your actual physical experience becomes,
and the power that you're able to source
261
:and the change that you're able to source.
262
:But not just that, the fear that
you're able to transcend, the bravery
263
:that you can harness to actually do
the things that you wanna do, because
264
:it's no longer being clouded by a.
265
:Unknowing and it's no longer
being clouded by fear.
266
:All of a sudden you have a whole other
visible, tangible in terms of energetic
267
:feeling, experience that you can tap into.
268
:And so this coming back to work
and purpose and passion, when
269
:we're able to tap into these
previous memories and experiences
270
:of who we are, we can start to.
271
:Broaden our horizon, broaden what
it is that we create, that we do,
272
:that we dream of, because all of a
sudden it's not just a fantasy, it's
273
:not just a wild, crazy, luxurious
dream that we hold for ourselves.
274
:If we get into.
275
:The field of holding that dream,
but tapping into the frequency of
276
:remembrance, of memory, of past
energetic signature and fragments.
277
:All of a sudden that dream
becomes more tangible.
278
:It becomes more achievable,
it becomes more.
279
:And it also fuels our passion, our
willingness to take steps because we all
280
:know, and I, I talk about it a lot in
my work and in this podcast, that I'm
281
:a huge advocate of the action of micro
actions, of getting into action around
282
:our dreams to take our steps forward.
283
:And when we've got a dream.
284
:But we also have a remembrance and
an energetic signature that we are
285
:leveraging, that we're tapping into.
286
:All of a sudden taking those micro, even
tiny little baby steps and opening the
287
:door or having the conversation feels
so much more powerful because we're
288
:doing it from a place of being armed.
289
:Being armed with wisdom, with knowledge,
with insight, with remembrance.
290
:'cause we've done it before.
291
:Or we are tapping in and
leveraging the remembrance of
292
:our ancestral lines as well.
293
:and even beyond this.
294
:This is the other powerful thing.
295
:Yes.
296
:It's our past experience.
297
:Yes, it's our ancestral lines,
but we are surrounded by source
298
:and filled energy in every single.
299
:Moment of our existence in the physical
form and in the energetic form when we
300
:pass on from this lifetime as well, we are
surrounded by energy, by source, by the
301
:field, and so we can also remember what
it feels like to be plugged into that.
302
:As well to be constantly plugged in,
checked in, able to receive wisdom,
303
:knowledge, knowing experience that exists
in the field from other forms of energy.
304
:So even if you're not convinced that
you've had a certain experience in a
305
:past lifetime, or there's an ancestor
sitting in your line that has the, the
306
:dream or the experience that you are
really craving, you can just tap into
307
:where that dream exists in the field.
308
:And this is the beauty of everything that
we are able to achieve, and particularly
309
:in the creative space, particularly when
we have a dream or an idea of we want to
310
:ground that into a physical experience,
a physical project and event a.
311
:An exhibition, a catwalk, a gallery, a,
a retreat at, and anything that is taking
312
:an energetic dream or an energetic idea
and creativity and grounding it into
313
:physical form, it's so incredibly powerful
to tap into our ability to remember what
314
:it is like to be plugged in on all sides.
315
:So not only are we physically.
316
:Making something tangible, but
we are making something tangible
317
:that then itself is plugged in.
318
:That itself remembers.
319
:For example, if we were working together
to create a incredible fashion design.
320
:Launch, right?
321
:You're a fashion designer and you want
to bring your incredible visions for
322
:the pieces, the couture, the art, the
living, clothing based artwork into
323
:this world, Being unique, remembering
who you are into the exhibition.
324
:We will look at your past lives,
your energetic signature, your
325
:remembrance, to bring that back
into a physical visceral connection.
326
:Into the work, into the artwork, into
the couture that you are creating, and
327
:we look at what we want that to say,
what we want that to feel like for the
328
:audience, what we want that to buzz and
create in terms of a field around it.
329
:We plug into the remembering of past
experiences in the field so that we
330
:are not just working from an idea.
331
:We're not just working from a beautiful
sketch of a garment or a couture
332
:that gets produced and sewn and put
on a model and walk down a catwalk.
333
:We plug into every single part of
the energetic remembering of that.
334
:What does it look like
to really be connected?
335
:Every single audience member each
model that is walking down the catwalk.
336
:How do we help her tap into her own
remembrance of brilliant goddess energy.
337
:How do we get her to tap into that
so that that is then translated into
338
:the space as well, which catalyzes
the experience for the audience.
339
:How do we attune the music to incredible
pieces of music that have changed
340
:generations over lifetimes of experience?
341
:We look at every single facet of the
dream of the experience and how we
342
:can remember what exists in the field
for each individual to then plug
343
:it all together so that what we are
creating isn't just idea to delivery.
344
:It is idea in its purest,
highest energetic form.
345
:Into its highest, purest physical form
that changes everything and is beyond just
346
:the usual physical experiences that we
have, because everything becomes plugged
347
:in, it becomes alive, and it's not just
about us as the creator of the project or
348
:the experience that is the most important.
349
:Character of the remembrance.
350
:It's plugging the remembrance
into every single component.
351
:It's the audience, it's the suppliers,
the people that we get into support this.
352
:it's every single piece of this
experience, this idea, this magic
353
:being plugged into its remembrance.
354
:Because what we are able to do then is
start to heal and shift out and change
355
:any of those lower fear-based frequencies
that can creep into a project that
356
:can just shift the energy enough that
the experience then becomes like, ugh.
357
:That was great.
358
:It looked great.
359
:Like it was spectacular.
360
:It's just there was something that
was missing or I just, I couldn't
361
:connect with the designer or I couldn't
connect with the facilitator or I
362
:just, I, there was something missing.
363
:That's what happens when we haven't
got everything remembering and
364
:plugged into the power of the past.
365
:The power of the energy that resides
in every facet of the project.
366
:It leaves those spaces for us
to trigger fear and trigger.
367
:Just those gaps in, I don't know.
368
:It was great, but I can't
put my finger on it.
369
:That kind of feeling.
370
:And people are really aware when things
feel off, like we all know what it feels
371
:like to have that niggling doubt, have
that niggling, oh, I just, I don't know.
372
:There's something about this that I just
don't like, that I just can't gel with.
373
:That's just.
374
:For me, and usually what we are picking
up on is someone else not being fully
375
:plugged into their power, not being fully
plugged into their own confidence and
376
:knowing, and people that we work with,
our audiences, the, the world around us,
377
:that we are creating these things for.
378
:Are able to pick up that.
379
:And so if we can spend that time set
that dedication to really plugging in
380
:to remembering everything that we are
and using that remembrance to really
381
:face our shame, face our fear, face
the things that are scary, but rewrite.
382
:The code, rewrite the story to no.
383
:Look, I am someone who has and
does feel this fear, but I'm
384
:choosing now to let that fear go.
385
:To remember what it feels like to
be the warrior, to be the designer
386
:in full, plugged in creativity to
be someone who bravely takes action.
387
:Because I love what I do.
388
:I trust what I do.
389
:I trust that my magic, my medicine,
my work is yet an antidote.
390
:It is a medicine to the world.
391
:We can really plug into that energy and
override any of those moments of fear.
392
:And facing the fear is what really
sets us on that incredible trajectory
393
:of success beyond our wildest dreams.
394
:And when I say success, I'm not
talking about just financial
395
:success, I'm talking about that.
396
:Core, deep down in your soul success that
just makes you feel alive, makes you feel
397
:like you're here for a reason, and you're
letting that reason live through you.
398
:You're letting it move through
you to the point where.
399
:the breath that you breathe and the
life that you give to others, to
400
:yourself, the things that you create.
401
:Are here to leave some sort of a legacy.
402
:And even if that legacy is just
healing someone else, inspiring
403
:someone else, making a shift, making
a change, and it can be on a small,
404
:tiny little scale, or it could be
a global scale or a global stage if
405
:that's what you are yearning to do.
406
:I'm betting if you're listening to this
podcast and you're in my frequency.
407
:We are one of the same beautiful
creatures of wanting to do things that
408
:touch the lives of others on a bigger
scale, even if we're afraid of it.
409
:Even if deep down you're like,
I'm not sure I'm ready for that.
410
:I think I'm afraid of that.
411
:There is a reason why you're being pulled
towards these concepts to be finally
412
:tapping into all that you are to remember.
413
:Everything that you have within you
because you are here to do something
414
:incredible, something big, something
great in only the way that you can.
415
:And this is the beautiful thing
about remembrance from an energetic
416
:and spiritual for place, is that
it makes us even more unique.
417
:Like as humans, we are unique.
418
:We hear this all the time.
419
:You know, we are very unique in the
experiences that we have, the way our
420
:physical and energetic form is expressed,
our fingerprints, all of these things.
421
:We hear this talk about being
unique all the time, but quite
422
:often we don't feel unique.
423
:We feel like we get up in the
morning and we do some sort of.
424
:Or a routine and we have some
sort of a work and we have some
425
:sort of relationships or family
or commitments, and they might
426
:slightly vary, but as humans, we
can start to feel very similar and.
427
:That essence of being and feeling and
owning our uniqueness can get lost
428
:inside some of those mundane, routine.
429
:I kind of feel like everybody else, but
just with a slightly different flavor.
430
:It can get lost, but this is where when
we are tapping into this remembrance that
431
:goes way beyond just the routine that
we're in, or just the life that we're in
432
:and the experiences that we've had today,
we are tapping into an incredible depth
433
:and breadth of experience of energy,
which means that the unique combinations
434
:in which we can express ourselves become.
435
:Even greater, like they're
already infinite, but we can
436
:start to feel the gravity.
437
:Of that infinite potential,
we can start to feel like
438
:everything really is possible.
439
:'cause that's another
thing that we hear often.
440
:Everything is possible.
441
:Dream big.
442
:You can create the life that you want.
443
:You can achieve anything.
444
:Everything is possible.
445
:We hear that a lot, but again, we
can get stuck in the human thinking
446
:around that of like, well, yes, it's
easier said than done, or I don't have
447
:the means to do that, or I haven't
had the upbringing or the culture or
448
:the experience to be able to do that.
449
:And it becomes a little bit lip surfacey
and feels less attainable over time,
450
:particularly the more that we hear it.
451
:But when we are tapping into the
remembrance of infinite potential
452
:from an energetic past life ancestral,
and also everything that exists
453
:around us in the form of the field.
454
:All of a sudden it's like, oh my goodness,
I can really feel that land in my bones,
455
:in my body, the real potentiality of
what is possible, what is here, and
456
:I can start to see if I can remember
that skill, if I can remember what that
457
:feels like, if I can remember how to.
458
:Harness, I don't even remember how
to harness, but if I can remember the
459
:feeling and then harness that, bring
that into my body, into my memory, into
460
:my soul pattern, my programming, if
I can bring that in, oh my gosh, this
461
:does feel like it is possible for me.
462
:This, this goal, this
dream, this potentiality.
463
:If I can actually harness
anything that's possible for me.
464
:That I can create anything that I want.
465
:Those micro steps become easier,
more tangible, more feasible,
466
:more attainable, and we can
start to move faster and further.
467
:One of the sayings that you might hear
a lot is just fake it until you make it.
468
:And I don't necessarily
disagree with this.
469
:there is a place for this saying
like, fake it until you make it.
470
:But what if we just decide that we are.
471
:Faking can quite often be coupled with
disbelief or not trusting, but if we
472
:decide that we have been something, if we
decide and remember that we are something.
473
:That changes the game completely
because we are not trying to
474
:pretend or act a certain way to
become something we remember.
475
:We decide we anchor in and
we step forward as if we are.
476
:We therefore are.
477
:It's not even about becoming,
it's like it's certainty.
478
:It's, it is in the energy of certainty, of
decision of movement from a certain place.
479
:So therefore, being able to achieve
those dreams, getting into that life
480
:that we are craving into that potential.
481
:Taking those even tiny baby micro
steps forward become so much
482
:easier because we already are.
483
:We already as if we want to be.
484
:It's just anchored in, it's ready to go.
485
:And I know I talked a few episodes
back about this language of certainty.
486
:Like just claim it.
487
:And it's amazing when we quiet the
mind's back chat of well, you can't say
488
:that because you're not, or, I don't
believe you, or you're an imposter.
489
:When we quiet the mind and we get
into the energy of remembrance.
490
:If we remember something,
it already has been.
491
:It exists.
492
:It was, it is a certain type energy, which
is so much more grounded in us already,
493
:versus I'm just gonna tell myself and
convince myself of something that is
494
:a very different energy because we are
having to take it from outside of us.
495
:We're having to kind of put it
inside ourselves somehow where.
496
:And adapt ourselves to earth.
497
:That is very different to just remembering
that it's already part of you and
498
:expanding that remembrance or that
part of you outwards to then act in
499
:the way that you have already done so.
500
:It's like deeper, it's grounded.
501
:It's in that cellular.
502
:I just know this is the way type
energy rather than that external.
503
:Well, I am going to take it and then.
504
:Hope that I've convinced myself
enough that I am this thing.
505
:And so this is why taking the time
to really tune into yourself to
506
:remember who you have been, where
you've come from, the things that
507
:you've navigated, the the skills, the
energetic resonance of who you are and
508
:where you come from, you can start to.
509
:Map that and ground that into yourselves
and put that into your day with
510
:every step, every breath, every word.
511
:It's like, you've
already done this before.
512
:I'm just gonna be this again.
513
:It can change absolutely everything.
514
:And all it really takes is
making that decision to remember.
515
:Of course, the invitation is always there.
516
:If you want help to remember that,
if you want help to see and go back.
517
:I'm always here if you're feeling
called, to go deeper in this together.
518
:But you can just start this today.
519
:You can just tune into this now
straight after this podcast.
520
:You can pause it right now and
to start tuning into who you are.
521
:You.
522
:Can already do this.
523
:You have been doing this
for multiple lifetimes.
524
:You have been tuned into the field before.
525
:This moment, even now.
526
:The first step can be just remembering
what it feels like to remember.
527
:Ground that in.
528
:Because it's going to change everything.
529
:My life is an absolute testament to the
power of what you can do when you tap
530
:into this, when you remember who you are,
And there is only incredible, amazing
531
:things on the other side of this for you.
532
:If you need any support on
this journey, I am here.
533
:Reach out anytime.
534
:Otherwise, have an incredible,
beautiful remembrance week, I love you.
535
:and I will see you in
the very next episode.
